Clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common origin of pancreatic metastases (PM). Distinct genomic aberrations, favorable prognosis, and clinical observations on high angiogenesis, and succeeding tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) sensitivity have been reported in PM-ccRCC.
