The article deals with the issues of human resources management of a private medical organization. The author investigates the current state of the staffing of Russian healthcare: the provision of specialists in the healthcare system, professional motivation and prospects for the development of private medicine. In recent years, a system of private medical organizations has been formed in the Russian market of medical services, which provide medical care in parallel with state medical structures.

[MOTIVATION OF MEDICAL STAFF DURING THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC].

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issues of motivation of medical personnel to work effectively in an extreme situation of a pandemic (COVID-19). The paper presents a sociological analysis of the working conditions of medical workers in the situation of the spread of a new coronavirus infection and the problems faced by medical workers in providing medical care in a pandemic. A content analysis of Russian regulatory documents regulating the requirements for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus was carried out.

[Basic aspects of organizing medical training in the context of a coronavirus pandemic].

The article discusses the changes made to the existing procedure for continuing medical education and the accreditation of medical workers due to a pandemic that began with the outbreak of coronavirus infection COVID-19 in early 2020. Under current circumstances, medical organizations encountered difficulties in organizing quarantine, purchasing disinfecting drugs, personal protective equipment and additional medical equipment, the need to introduce an emergency mode of work for employees, so there was a need to review and develop new rules for the work of medical workers during a coronavirus pandemic. Medicine is one of the progressive fields of scientific and entrepreneurial activity, making high demands on medical workers.
