Despite an increasing number of studies examining the effect of Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography/ Computed Tomography (SPECT/CT) on improvement of diagnosis of aseptic loosening, there is still a great deal of uncertainty regarding its applicability in diagnostic algorithm. Therefore, in this meta-analysis, we aimed to investigate the diagnostic performance of SPECT/CT for identification of aseptic loosening in patients with persistent pain following the total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and total hip arthroplasty (THA). Electronic databases including Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane library, and Embase were systematically searched for identifying relevant published studies from their inception to April 2023.

Abnormal cerebral perfusion alterations, influenced by amyloid-beta (Aβ) accumulations, have been implicated in cognitive decline along this spectrum.
Objective: This study investigates the relationship between cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) Aβ1-42 levels and regional cerebral blood flow (CBF) changes across the AD continuum using the Arterial Spin Labeling (ASL) technique.
Lung cancer (LC) is one of the most common causes of cancer-related death worldwide. It has been demonstrated that the prognosis of current drug treatments is affected by a variety of factors, including late stage, tumor recurrence, inaccessibility to appropriate treatments, and, most importantly, chemotherapy resistance. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) contribute to tumor development, with some acting as tumor suppressors and others as oncogenes.

Depression, predicted by the WHO to be the leading cause of disease burden by 2030, is linked to various systemic conditions and has been associated with poor oral health. Both behavioral factors, like poor dental hygiene and irregular visits, and biological mechanisms, such as changes in salivary immunity, contribute to this connection, which impacts overall well-being and quality of life.
