Glioblastoma (GBM) is a malignant brain tumor with diffuse infiltration. Here, we demonstrate how GBM cells usurp guidance receptor Plexin-B2 for confined migration through restricted space. Using live-cell imaging to track GBM cells negotiating microchannels, we reveal endocytic vesicle accumulation at cell front and filamentous actin assembly at cell rear in a polarized manner.

Biological polymers such as proteins have been reported to possess piezoelectricity, while offering additional benefits, such as biocompatibility and biodegradability. However, questions remain regarding protein piezoelectricity, such as the impact of the protein secondary structure.

In this study, we investigated the effect of autophagy deficiency on two glaucoma hypertensive models, the DBA/2J spontaneous glaucoma model, and the TGFβ2 (transforming growth factor β2) chronic ocular hypertensive model. For this, we used the and DBA/2J- mice, this latter generated in our laboratory via CRISPR/Cas9 technology, which display impaired autophagy.

Understanding their movement patterns concerning conspecific competition and prey availability is important for their conservation. We aim to understand how movement pattern of breeding saker falcons relates to prey availability.
