[A heterologous production of the Trametes hirsuta laccase in the fungus Penicillium canescens].

A heterologous protein expression in the fungus Penicillium canescens is described for the first time. The fungal strains producing Trametes hirsuta laccase under control of a highly efficient promoter of the P. canescens gene bgaS has been constructed.
