The aim was to investigate the impact of facial characteristics on financial decisions related to trust. To achieve this, the study conducted a controlled trust experiment in a laboratory setting, manipulating the age and types of facial hair of the individuals being trusted.

Subcentimetric papillary thyroid carcinoma (SPTC) (papillary thyroid carcinoma with less than 10 mm in size) usually presents an excellent prognosis, with few aggressive reported cases. Given the globally increased incidence of SPTC, physicians are struggling with the need to identify prognostic factors to stratify SPTC.
