Unlabelled: Physical activity measured by accelerometry (PA-accelerometry) is used as an indicator of physical capacity in chronic diseases. Currently, only fragmented age ranges of reference percentile curves are available for European children and adolescents. This study aimed to provide age- and sex-specific percentiles for physical activity measured by hip-worn accelerometry derived throughout the full age range of European children and adolescents.

Here, we offer guidelines for neurological care (neurological monitoring and management) of adults during and after ECMO support.
Methods: These guidelines are based on clinical practice consensus recommendations and scientific statements.
Background: An equitable immunization coverage to "leave no one behind" is one of the World Health Organization Sustainable Development Goals. However, disparities in vaccination coverage exist. The present study aims to investigate vaccine attitude of non-European parents living in Italy and those factors affecting vaccine uptake and equity.

Newer approaches focused on non-pharmacological care (NPC) are emerging, but there is little evidence on the active policies to implement to ensure their widespread practice. The primary objective of the study was to assess whether the implementation of a developmental care program in our neonatal medicine department had an impact on the management of these infants during hospitalization, notably exposure to NPC.
