. We describe a patient with normal tension glaucoma (NTG) of several years whose management was complicated by the presence of a giant internal carotid-ophthalmic artery aneurysm. .

Objective: To compare precision medicine data and outcomes between Black and White men with mCRPC.
Purpose: African American individuals are disproportionately affected by lung cancer in terms of incidence and mortality. In oncogene-driven non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), emerging evidence indicates that underlying molecular heterogeneity, which can be affected by ancestry, contributes to variable drug sensitivity and therapeutic responses. The purpose of this study was to evaluate race-associated differences in reported treatment decisions, therapeutic outcomes, and molecular features in and -mutant NSCLC.

The presence of SPOP mutation (SPOP-mutant [SPOP-mut]) may therefore impact therapeutic outcomes with AR-directed therapies and docetaxel in metastatic castration-resistant (mCRPC).
Methods: This was a retrospective study of mCRPC patients treated at an urban academic hospital (n = 103).
