Purpose: To assess whether simultaneous normalization of late-night salivary cortisol (LNSC) and mean urinary free cortisol (mUFC) in patients with Cushing disease treated with osilodrostat is associated with better clinical outcomes than control of mUFC or LNSC alone.
Methods: Pooled data from two phase III osilodrostat studies (LINC 3 and LINC 4) were analyzed. Both comprised a 48-week core phase and an optional open-label extension.
Cardiac myxomas extending from the right ventricle are uncommon and this rare condition is potentially associated with several risks and poor outcomes. We report the case of a patient with a right ventricular myxoma who had a recent haemorrhagic stroke due to an arteriovenous malformation. The preoperative and intraoperative managements were challenging and required several difficult choices by the medical team and consequently, a multidisciplinary approach and a benefit-risk evaluation were necessary to determinate timely surgical resection in an urgent situation, simultaneously avoiding delayed or improper treatments, achieving a successful outcome in a very high-risk situation.

Purpose: This studied aimed to identify the effect of PRP in a murine model of subacromial impingement and to explore the effect of ASA on PRP treatment.
Methods: A murine model of subacromial impingement was used, incorporating 48 wild-type C57BL/6 mice.

Tungsten diselenide (WSe) field-effect transistors (FETs) are promising for emerging electronics because of their tunable polarity, enabling complementary transistor technology, and their suitability for flexible electronics through material transfer. In this work, we demonstrate flexible p-type WSe FETs with absolute drain currents || up to 7 μA/μm. We achieve this by fabricating flexible top-gated FETs with a combined WSe and metal contact transfer approach using WSe grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition on sapphire.
