Kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) are at a higher risk for developing severe COVID-19 which can be associated with cardiovascular complications. We studied five KTRs recipients infected with COVID-19 who developed severe cardiovascular complications. Two patients presented with ST segment myocardial infarction and two with clinically suspected myocarditis.
