[The status and outlook of dispensary care for patients with cardiovascular diseases].

On the basis of the surveys carried out the authors showed inferior quality and low efficiency of dispensarization of patients with cardiovascular diseases, which fact is traceable back to obsolete criteria for assessment of physicians' preventive activities, lack of association between the results on securing dispensarization and economic parameters, and shortage of medical experts in preventive cardiology. It is necessary that the established priorities of activities in administration of prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases and complications from these be reconsidered, cerebrovascular pathology in the presence of arterial hypertension and without it given more importance, multicenter programmes on prophylaxis of chronic non communicable diseases developed and inaugurated, with a possibility of these being included into international projects.

[The results and prospects of preventing arterial hypertension in Ukraine].

An analysis is presented of the status of arterial hypertension prophylaxis in the Ukraine. Drawbacks in solution of this problem are discussed: diagnosis is incomplete, prophylactic management of hypertensive disease is inadequate. Ways and means of improving the diagnosis and prophylaxis of hypertensive disease in the Ukraine including better remuneration of the medical personnel and interests of the population in preserving their health are discussed.

[Scintigraphy of the myocardium in ischemic heart disease].

Altogether 106 patients with different types of acute CHD (large and small local MI, unstable angina) and stable angina were investigated. Combined assessment of perfusion disorder permits differentiation of necrotic and ischemic myocardial lesions. A degree and type of RP accumulation corresponds to a size of necrotic myocardial lesion determined by means of biochemical markers of necrosis.
