The development of high-throughput genomic sequencing coupled with chromatin immunoprecipitation technologies allows studying the binding sites of the protein transcription factors (TF) in the genome scale. The growth of data volume on the experimentally determined binding sites raises qualitatively new problems for the analysis of gene expression regulation, prediction of transcription factors target genes, and regulatory gene networks reconstruction. Genome regulation remains an insufficiently studied though plants have complex molecular regulatory mechanisms of gene expression and response to environmental stresses.

Glioblastoma is the most aggressive type of brain tumors resistant to a number of antitumor drugs. The problem of therapy and drug treatment course is complicated by extremely high heterogeneity in the benign cell populations, the random arrangement of tumor cells, and polymorphism of their nuclei. The pathogenesis of gliomas needs to be studied using modern cellular technologies, genome- and transcriptome-wide technologies of high-throughput sequencing, analysis of gene expression on microarrays, and methods of modern bioinformatics to find new therapy targets.

Objective: to morphometrically estimate normal variations in the sizes of lacrimal sacs on the basis of computed tomography findings to optimize the choice of endoscopic surgical intervention tactics for dacryocystitis.

Material And Methods: Preoperative orbital computed tomography data were comparatively morphometrically processed in two groups of patients with or without clinically verified dacryo- cystitis.

Results: Data on the typical variants of the sizes of the lacrimal sac in health and in clinically manifested dacryocystitis were obtained and statistically processed.

141 patients suffering by internal derangements temporomandibular joint are surveyed with the help x-ray computed arthrotomography. The opportunity of reception of precise intra-articular elements after introduction of contrast substance allows treat results of researches with high reliability. X-ray's data received with the help CT are investigated and systematized.

The paper shows the place of magnetic resonance imaging among other radiation diagnostic techniques in detecting abnormal changes in the temporomandibular joint. The authors' own data were based on the results of 315 examinations. The paper describes the technical features of examination of the joint and shows it possible to visualize different anatomic structures on T1-, T2- and Pd-weighted images.
