- - Results showed similar stone-free rates (92.5% for laser vs. 90.2% for ballistic) and complication rates, but laser lithotripsy had a significantly shorter average surgery time (40.1 mins vs. 55.6 mins).
- - The conclusion emphasizes that while the laser technique is faster, ballistic lithotripsy is also a safe and effective alternative, especially in places where the laser is not available.
