Prader Willi syndrome is a rare genetic disease. Symptoms include binge eating disorder associated with the risk of morbid obesity, learning difficulties and behavioral problems or even major psychiatric disorders. The purpose of this case study is to conduct a literature review on Prader Willi syndrome and to highlight its impact on daily life, both on physical and mental health, as well as its management.

Objective: To determine the prevalence and the impact of depressive disorders in primary health care and its associated factors.
Methodology: It's a cross-sectional study with 351 participants selected from Moroccan primary care facilities, aged above 18 years without chronic somatic or psychiatric disease. The participants answered a questionnaire that included demographic characteristics, the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview for major depressive episode (MDE), dysthymic disorder and the Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF).
Introduction: Priapism is a persistent, and often painful, penile erection, lasting more than 3 hours, not usually associated with sexual stimuli. It is a urological emergency that can cause serious complications. Drugs are responsible of the onset of 25 to 40% of cases of priapism.
