Background: Curcumin is a polyphenolic compound derived from the food spice turmeric that has received interest from the medical and scientific world for its role in the management of several conditions. Clinical studies, in humans, have shown that ingested Curcumin is safe even at high doses (12 g/day), but it has poor bioavailability primarily due to poor absorption and rapid metabolism and elimination. Several strategies have been implemented to improve the bioavailability of Curcumin, for example, the combination of piperine in a complex with Curcumin, or the usage of formulations with phospholipid or liposomal complexes.

The classic mechanism of injury involves a longitudinal traction force pulling the radial head through the annular ligament. Bilateral RHS is exceedingly rare, with only a few cases documented in the literature; notably, all cases with a provided history and physical exam presented with the classic mechanism of injury, aiding in diagnosis and treatment.

Objective: Patients who exhibit severe loss of tooth structure are challenging to rehabilitate. Conventional treatment of these patients may require adjunctive procedures of surgical crown lengthening, elective endodontic therapy and placement of posts and cores to retain full coverage crowns as part of a full mouth rehabilitation. Minimally invasive approaches to treatment of these patients provides opportunity to conserve tooth structure and to reduce adjunctive procedures by using an advanced adhesive approach to retain all ceramic partial coverage restorations as part of a full mouth rehabilitation.

How this limiting carrier is distributed among competing pathways has remained unclear. Here we describe the isolation of hyperactive variants of Pseudomonas aeruginosa MraY, the enzyme that forms the first lipid-linked PG precursor.
