In this report, we present a case of a 24-year-old man with known history of KFD who presented with lower gastrointestinal bleeding and acute blood loss anemia. Further evaluation with colonoscopy showed widespread ulcerations in the colon and terminal ileum with suspicion for Behcet's disease.
