Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is a curative therapy limited by graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). In preclinical studies and early-phase clinical studies enrichment of donor regulatory T cells (Tregs) appears to prevent GVHD and promote healthy immunity.We enrolled 44 patients on an open-label, single-center, phase 2 efficacy study investigating if a precision selected and highly purified Treg cell therapy manufactured from donor mobilized peripheral blood improves one-year GVHD-free relapse free survival (GRFS) after myeloablative conditioning (trial NCT01660607).

Psychometric properties of AMAS and math anxiety prevalence among Chinese and Russian schoolchildren: a comparative study.

The purpose of this study was to compare the prevalence of math anxiety in Russian and Chinese schoolchildren across genders and ages. The Abbreviated Math Anxiety Scale (AMAS) was used as a measurement tool for assessing math anxiety. The factor structure of the AMAS and item invariance between Russian and Chinese schoolchildren were also examined.

Two lineages of eastern yellow robin Eopsaltria australis-putatively climate-adapted to 'inland' and 'coastal' climates-differ by ~7% of mitogenome nucleotides, whereas nuclear genome differences are concentrated into a sex-linked region enriched with mitochondrial functions.
