The cytochemical indicators of neutrophils of peripheral blood were analyzed in 30 patients with hypertension disease and isolated traumas of long tubular bones of lower extremities. It is established that in such patients the variations of microbicidal neutrophils systems manifest in the increase of content of cationic proteins and non-significant decrease of myeloperoxidase activity. This is one of mechanisms of immunity support during first 48 hours after trauma.

The experimental animals received two anti-inflammatory regimens: 1) a very small-dose intravenous injection of immature antigen-loaded bone marrow-derived syngeneic dendritic cells; 2) the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac injected intramuscularly in the course of disease development. Both anti-inflammatory regimens caused a significant increase in the animals' survival, a reduction in the amount of mycobacteria in the lung and the pulmonary infiltration with lymphoid cells as compared with untreated infected control animals.

In 24 hours after repeated radioactive and mercuric impact (RMI) and for 30 consecutive days the animals reported lymphopenia. At the same time the indices of DNA leucocytes content and structure did not differ from the parameters of intact animals, this could evidence the development of adaptation reactions.
