Cumulative exposure to psychosocial adversity at an early age has been shown to be a risk factor for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism that often co-occur. However, it is not clear if this association reflects a causal effect or familial confounding. Aim: Study the effect of single nucleotide polymorphism genes TP53 (rs1042522, rs1800371), CDKN2A (rs3731217, rs3088440) and MDM2 (rs2279744) on the risk of development of color- ectal cancer (CRC) in population of Perm Region.
