Methods: A nested case-control study of infertile women who had diagnostic laparoscopy after open myomectomy between January 2008 and June 2015 in Life Institute for Endoscopy Limited, Nnewi Nigeria, was conducted. At diagnostic laparoscopy, the presence, site, and quality (density) of adhesions was noted and recorded.
Objectives: To determine fertility outcomes following laparoscopy-guided hysteroscopic tubal cannulation for cornual obstruction.
Study Design: A prospective cohort study in Life Institute for Endoscopy at Life Specialist Hospital Nnewi, Southeast Nigeria. Patients with unilateral or bilateral cornual tubal obstruction as the only cause of infertility were included.

The transforming growth factor β (TGFβ) superfamily of signaling pathways, including the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) subfamily of ligands and receptors, controls a myriad of developmental processes across metazoan biology. Transport of the receptors from the plasma membrane to endosomes has been proposed to promote TGFβ signal transduction and shape BMP-signaling gradients throughout development. However, how postendocytic trafficking of BMP receptors contributes to the regulation of signal transduction has remained enigmatic.
