The progressive development of resistance in to almost all available antibiotics has made it crucial to develop novel approaches to tackling multi-drug resistance (MDR). One of the primary causes of antibiotic resistance is the over-expression of the MtrCDE efflux pump protein, making this protein a vital target for fighting against antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in . This study was aimed at evaluating the potential MtrCDE efflux pump inhibitors (EPIs) and their stability in treating gonorrhoea infection.

This study investigated the antidiabetic, neuroprotective, and antioxidant effects of ethanol extracts of Parkia biglobosa (PB) leaves and seeds in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. The administration of STZ significantly elevated fasting blood glucose levels (FBGL) to 355-400 mg/mL compared to 111 mg/mL in normal controls, indicating hyperglycemia.

Introduction: Oritavancin is a semi-synthetic lipoglycopeptide antibiotic primarily used to treat serious infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria. The aim of this study was to elucidate possible molecular targets of oritavancin in human and microbes in relevance to its mechanism of action and model its pharmacokinetics for optimal dose selection in clinical practice.
Methods: Computational methods were used in this study which include target prediction, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, pharmacokinetics prediction, and physiological-based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) modeling.
Genotype × environment interaction (GEI) poses a critical challenge to plant breeders by complicating the identification of stable variety (ies) for performance across diverse environments. GGE biplot and AMMI analyses have been identified as the most effective and appropriate statistical techniques for identifying stable and high-performing genotypes across diverse environments. The objective of this study was to identify widely adapted and high-yielding soybean genotypes from Multi-Locational Trials (MLTs) using GGE and AMMI biplot analyses.
