: This article reviews the current state of pharmaceutical care in community pharmacies in Poland and proposes a collaborative framework for its advancement. While pharmaceutical care has evolved significantly worldwide, with Europe leading the way, Poland has lagged in its development. Although Polish pharmacists are well-qualified and community pharmacies are numerous, pharmaceutical care remains underdeveloped.

Potentially Inappropriate Prescribing Identified Using STOPP/START Version 3 in Geriatric Patients and Comparison with Version 2: A Cross-Sectional Study.

Multimorbidity, polypharmacy, and inappropriate prescribing are significant challenges in the geriatric population. Tools such as the Beers List, FORTA, and STOPP/START criteria have been developed to identify potentially inappropriate prescribing (PIP). STOPP/START criteria detect both potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) and potential prescribing omissions (PPOs).

Patient Experience in Neoplastic Disease in Light of the Statements of Doctors Who Are Oncological Patients.

This study aimed to explore oncological doctor-patients experiences concerning the neoplastic disease. The study involved 20 Polish doctors with cancer. Respondents answered open questions related to cancer management and opinions about themselves as oncological patients.

Hypothetical mechanisms driving physical activity levels in ethnic minority groups living in Europe: a systematically identified evidence-based conceptual systems model.

Background: In Europe, physical activity levels tend to be lower in ethnic minority groups than the general population. Interventions and policies based on research examining isolated determinants of physical activity have had limited success in increasing physical activity levels. This study used systems dynamics theory and the capability approach theoretical framework to develop a conceptual model of how individual characteristics, institutional and physical environments and the migration context may interact to promote or hinder physical activity in ethnic minority groups living in Europe.
