The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic significantly impacted processes of medical care support and medical personnel and managers. The article presents analysis of results of three-year (2019-2022) studying level of loyalty of legal representatives of patients of one of Moscow children polyclinics. The study covered both legal representatives of patients (more than 190,000 assessments collected over entire observation period) and randomly selected district pediatricians (n=31).

Currently, there is an urgent need for global research to develop a modern comprehensive study of rosacea, including its pathogenesis, risk factors, association of rosacea subtypes with concomitant diseases. The most relevant research studies the role of immunity and microorganisms in the pathogenesis of rosacea. To elucidate the features of the comorbidity of rosacea and somatic diseases, studies in various populations with detailed clinical data and a longer follow-up period are important.

This article presents an analysis of the orders of the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation on the procedures for the provision of medical care, of which the recommended staffing standards are an integral part. Systematic erroneous provisions of regulatory documents were identified: general and typical for the normative number of employees in providing medical care to patients in outpatient and hospital settings. The authors have convincingly proved the need to revise documents on the Procedures for the provision of medical care in terms of labor standards.
