Producing a tissue-engineered pancreas based on a tissue-specific scaffold from a decellularized pancreas, imitating the natural pancreatic tissue microenvironment and the islets of Langerhans, is one of the approaches to treating patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). A novel and promising way for creating nanomaterials based on gallium oxide is the ion synthesis of GaO nanocrystals in a SiO/Si dielectric matrix. The properties of nanocrystals are determined by the conditions of ion synthesis-the parameters of ion irradiation and post-implantation heat treatment. In this work, the light-emitting properties of GaO nanocrystals were studied depending on the temperature and annealing atmosphere.

Chromatin-associated non-coding RNAs play important roles in various cellular processes by targeting genomic loci. Two types of genome-wide NGS experiments exist to detect such targets: 'one-to-al', which focuses on targets of a single RNA, and 'all-to-al', which captures targets of all RNAs in a sample. As with many NGS experiments, they are prone to biases and noise, so it becomes essential to detect 'peaks'-specific interactions of an RNA with genomic targets.

The ion-beam synthesis of GaO nanocrystals in dielectric matrices on silicon is a novel and promising way for creating nanomaterials based on gallium oxide. This research studies the regularities of changes, depending on the synthesis regimes used, in the chemical composition of ion-implanted SiO/Si and AlO/Si samples. It has been shown that the formation of Ga-O chemical bonds occurs even in the absence of thermal annealing.
