Background: There is limited insight into the current disease burden and everyday clinical management of moderate-to- severe AD in Poland, Czechia, Russia, and Turkiye. Therefore, this study aimed to get information-driven insights regarding the current disease burden and clinical management of patients with moderate-to-severe AD with common and differentiating aspects of the patient journey and establish a consensus.

Methods: In this modified 2-round Delphi panel, 133 questions were asked in total to 27 dermatologists.

The article presents information about the international project "Healthy cities", knowledge about principles and axioms of the project. The authors have analyzed the experience of producing the "City Health Profile" under the project WHO "Healthy cities". The authors believe that the "Health Profile" of each individual city varies depending on specific conditions, both physical (the size of the territory, the state of the environment, its location) and political, and socio-economic.

Hypochondria sine materia is a more complicated psychopathological condition compared to hypochondria cum materia. Hypochondria sine materia could be diagnosed not only in psychiatry, but mainly in general medicine.

An analysis of comorbidity of psychiatric and dermatological pathology in historical, epidemiological and clinical aspects is presented. Psychocutaneous disorders (delusional parasitosis, hypochondria circumscripta, obsessive-compulsive disorders with self-mutilations, pathomimia) play a central role in systematics elaborated in the present study. The authors suggest that delusional parasitosis is a subtype of paranoiac psychosis (paranoia, paranoiac schizophrenia).
