: This study evaluates the diagnostic accuracy of [18F]fluorodeoxyglucose ([F]FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) using bone marrow biopsy (BMB) and clinical follow-up as reference standards. It further identifies predictive factors for bone marrow involvement (BMI) in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) patients. : NHL patients who underwent [F]FDG PET and BMB at diagnosis in a tertiary cancer center were included in this study.

This retrospective study aims to explore tracer uptake metrics across various epithelial neoplasms, identify diagnostic pitfalls associated with Ga-FAPI PET/CT, and evaluate the influence of Ga-FAPI PET/CT staging results on changes in therapeutic intent compared to gold standard molecular imaging modalities. A total of 48 patients with biopsy-confirmed solid tumors underwent 77 Ga-FAPI PET/CT examinations for molecular imaging assessment, encompassing neoplasms originating from the gastrointestinal tract, head and neck, hepatobiliary system, pancreas, breast, and lung.

This case report discusses a 65-year-old male with mCRPC who initially responded to hormonal therapy but later showed disease progression despite additional chemotherapy. He subsequently received Lu-PSMA and Ac-PSMA therapies, both of which failed to halt disease progression despite having an intense PSMA avid metastatic disease.

This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the current diagnostic utilities of [64Cu]Cu-DOTA-trastuzumab PET/computed tomography (CT) and explores tumor uptake metrics in HER2-positive BC lesions. A systematic literature search of PubMed, Scopus, and Ovid databases was conducted using relevant keywords to identify eligible studies.

We investigated whether ACE2 G8790A (rs2285666) polymorphism could be a genetic marker for susceptibility to COVID-19 and disease severity in Egyptian children and adolescents.
Methods: This was a prospective case-control study included 580 cases diagnosed with COVID-19, and 580 matched control children and adolescents.
