Patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) progressing after chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy (CAR T) have dismal outcomes. The prespecified post-CAR T expansion cohort of the ELM-1 study investigated the efficacy and safety of odronextamab, a CD20×CD3 bispecific antibody, in patients with disease progression after CAR T. Sixty patients received IV odronextamab weekly for 4 cycles followed by maintenance until progression.

Multiple factors have been described to influence the risk of acute or chronic graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD or cGVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), including underlying chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and high-dose total body irradiation (TBI). However, the impact of the underlying disease or low-dose TBI on the risk of GVHD in the modern era has not been determined. The objective of this study was to determine risk factors for GVHD in the modern era in the setting of antithymocyte globulin (ATG)-based GVHD prophylaxis.

Background: Epinephrine is currently the only recommended cardio-resuscitative medication for use in neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as per consensus of science and treatment recommendations. An alternative medication, vasopressin, may be beneficial, however there is limited data regarding its effect on cardiac and brain tissue following recovery from neonatal CPR.

Aim: To compare the effects of vasopressin and epinephrine during resuscitation of asphyxiated post-transitional piglets on cardiac and brain tissue injury.
