To analyze the stages of development of the problem, identify the evolution of views and the main directions of current research in the field of bipolar affective disorder, which occurs with psychopharmacotherapy-induced manic phases, the search for publications by keywords «pharmaco-induced mania»", «bipolar affective disorder» was carried out in the PubMed/MEDLINE, Russian Citation index and other sources from the mid-19 century to the present. The issue of adequate treatment of bipolar depression became relevant back in the 20 century; numerous observations indicated the presence of associated risks when using antidepressants in patients with bipolar affective disorder, namely, the likelihood of affect inversion and aggravation of the course of the disease (accelerated cyclicity, continuum). In recent years, due to the expansion of research capabilities and the introduction of biological psychiatry, works have appeared that consider this problem from both clinical and pharmacodynamic, genetic and neurophysiological aspects, which opens up the prospect of developing advanced methods of personalized medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of bipolar disorder, taking into account the need to minimize iatrogenic effects.

A molecular model of the orientationally ordered lamellar phase exhibited by asymmetric rod-coil-rod triblock copolymers has been developed using the density-functional approach and generalizing the molecular-statistical theory of rod-coil diblock copolymers. An approximate expression for the free energy of the lamellar phase has been obtained in terms of the direct correlation functions of the system, the Flory-Huggins parameter and the Maier-Saupe orientational interaction potential between rods. A detailed derivation of several rod-rod and rod-coil density-density correlation functions required to evaluate the free energy is presented.

Objective: To explore the dynamics of admission of patients for repeated compulsory treatment to a medical setting providing general and specialized psychiatric care.

Material And Methods: The dynamics of admission of patients for repeated compulsory treatment in the «Moscow Psychiatric clinical hospital No5» for the period 1991-2019 was analyzed based on medical records of two groups of patients: the main group (=1325) and the comparison group (=15 100).

Results And Conclusion: Over the past 5 years, there is a decrease in repeated admissions of patients to compulsory treatment who have committed a new socially dangerous act.

Diblock copolymer thin films of polystyrene-block-poly(dimethyl siloxane) (PS-b-PDMS) featuring PDMS cylinders in a PS matrix are investigated during solvent vapor annealing with mixtures of n-heptane (which is strongly selective for PDMS) and toluene (which is close to nonselective for both blocks). Swelling in the vapor of one of the pure solvents and exchanging it stepwise by the vapor of the other solvent is compared to swelling in a given binary solvent vapor mixture for a prolonged time. The resulting structural changes, such as ordering of the cylinders on a hexagonal lattice and their transition into lamellae, are followed using in situ, real-time grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering (GISAXS).

Symmetric rod-coil diblock copolymers have been simulated using the method of dissipative particle dynamics in the broad range of the Flory-Huggins parameter. It has been found that the tilted lamellar phase appears to be the most stable one at strong segregation. The rod-coil copolymer tilt angle and orientational order parameters have been determined as functions of the segregation strength.
