The article presents the possibilities of using fiber-optic acceleration (FOC) sensors on products of rocket-space and aviation technology as part of information-measuring systems. A special measuring device has been developed for experimental confirmation of the main characteristics of the technical characteristics of the developed, two-coordinate fiber-optic acceleration sensors. The developed measuring setup for the experimental research of a two-coordinate fiber-optic acceleration sensor with two, cylindrical lenses fixed on two H-shaped elastic elements deflected under the influence of acceleration in two mutually perpendicular directions X and Y, intended for operation in harsh conditions of rocket and space technology.

A polyamide monofilament thread with a conventional number 3/0 used by the authors for a removable suture of the tendon is the suture material of choice. For a buried suture it is expedient to use absorbable threads which begin degrading within three weeks after operation.

There is no biological species specificity between mammal and fish Gn-RH; although there is a structural difference, they are, on the contrary, characterized by a high immunological specificity which does not allow measurement of fish Gn-RH using radioimmunoassay for LH-RH. We have synthesized salmon Gn-RH according to the formula recently proposed by Sherwood (N.

The system allows the specific detection of an immunological GnRH related substance in the brain and pituitary of three teleost species but not in an elasmobranch the Dogfish. these results are discussed and some Gn-RH contents of the organs are proposed.
