[Stevens-Johnson syndrome due to lymecycline].

Background: Reports of severe drug-induced bullous reactions to tetracyclines are rare. A case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome in a patient treated with lymecycline is reported herein.

Case Report: A 22 year-old woman with acne was referred for Stevens-Johnson syndrome occurring ten days after starting lymecycline.

[Methotrexate for the treatment of patients with chronic cutaneous sarcoidosis: 4 cases].

Introduction: Pathogenesis of sarcoidosis remains partially unknown. Cutaneous lesions are frequent (20 to 35% of cases). Their clinical features and follow-up data are highly variable.

[Survey on the activity of hospital departments of dermatology in France].

Introduction: The Collège des Enseignants de Dermatologie de France initiated a study to assess the activity of the departments of dermatology in French hospitals. We report the results of this survey.

Material And Methods: The study was conducted during a randomly selected week in the year 2000.

[Bullous pemphigoid induced by spironolactone].

Introduction: The role of spironolactone as pemphigoid-inducing agent has recently been suggested. We report a new case of pemphigoid probably induced by spironolactone. The disease resolved after withdrawal of the diuretic drug containing aldactone.

[Hydroa vacciniforme: dietary fish oil].

Background: Hydroa vaccinniforme is a highly uncommon photodermatosis acquired in childhood. The clinical course is dominated by the risk of varioliform scars. Numerous treatments have been proposed with variable efficacy.
