Epithelioid Hemangioma of the Face.

An epithelioid hemangioma is a very rare lesion arising from vascular structures. We encountered 2 cases in atypical locations, one in the orbital and the other in the nasal region. We performed preoperative angiography in addition to the diagnostic imaging recommended in the literature.

Oral Localization of Kaposi Sarcoma: Clinical Presentation and Conservative Management.

Kaposi sarcoma (KS) caused by human herpes virus type-8 is the most frequent immunosuppression-associated malignancy worldwide and its treatment is still controversial. We report on the clinical management of a patient who developed oral KS after liver transplantation. The disease appeared 1 month after the transplant and recurred after 4 months.
