Background: Limited data are available regarding the real-world effectiveness and safety of Cyclin Dependent Kinase 4/6 inhibitor (CDK4/6i) (palbociclib/ribociclib) just as a first-line treatment for patients with hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR + /HER2‒) metastatic breast cancer (MBC).
Objective: To assess whether clinical or demographic characteristics limit access to first-line CDK4/6i treatment in clinical practice in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia (Spain) between November 2017 and April 2020. In addition, effectiveness will be described in an exploratory analysis.
Introduction And Objectives: The optimal timing of coronary angiography in patients admitted with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS) as well as the need for pretreatment are controversial. The main objective of the IMPACT-TIMING-GO registry was to assess the proportion of patients undergoing an early invasive strategy (0-24hours) without dual antiplatelet therapy (no pretreatment strategy) in Spain.
Methods: This observational, prospective, and multicenter study included consecutive patients with NSTEACS who underwent coronary angiography that identified a culprit lesion.
The introduction of aromatase inhibitors (AI) has resulted in practice change approaches in the treatment of early breast cancer. In this paper, we analyze the most relevant studies including the ATAC, BIG 1-98, TEAM, MA-17, NSABP B-33, and ABSCG-6 studies. Postmenopausal patients with hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer should be treated with AI for 5 years.

Sixty-nine patients with adenocarcinoma (57% in the colon and 43% in the rectum) were enrolled. The median number of treatment cycles received per patient was 4 (range, 1-6).
