We also evaluated whether lipid-lowering therapies (LLTs) were adjusted in patients not meeting targets and analyzed the likelihood of these modifications achieving recommended levels. A multicenter, cross-sectional observational study retrospectively reviewed medical records of 1909 outpatients in 9 Italian cardiac rehabilitation/secondary prevention clinics from January 2023 to June 2024.

Lymphoma and plasma cell disorders are the most common indications for autologous hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplantation. We conducted a prospective multicenter study with the aim of testing the feasibility of plerixafor (PLX) in combination with R-DHAP and G-CSF in 37 patients with relapsed refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) in order to collect a large number of HSC with a goal of transplantation. After R-DHAP, daily monitoring of peripheral blood CD34 + cells by flow cytometry was performed starting on day + 13.

Although estrogens primarily act on the female liver through estrogen receptor alpha (ERα), the specific contribution of impaired ERα signaling in triggering MASLD after menopause remains unclear.
Methods: To address this gap in knowledge, we compared the liver transcriptomes of sham-operated (SHAM) and ovariectomized (OVX) control and liver ERα knockout (LERKO) female mice by performing RNA-Seq analysis.
