The authors analyze the number, dynamics and structure of medical personnel providing psychiatric and psychological care in organizations subordinate to the Moscow Healthcare Department in 2009-2023, evaluate the changes in the bed fund and the number of visits, and predicts the number of medical personnel at the end of 2025. It was concluded that the resource provision psychiatric and psychological care in Moscow is at a high level, and in 15 years the number of employed doctors in the field has increased by 26.44%.

The article presents performance indicators of the capital day hospitals for the period from 2017 to 2022. The analysis has identified a high demand for this type of medical services in Moscow. A separate analysis focused on indicators of day hospitals subordinate to the Moscow Healthcare Department deployed at outpatient (polyclinic) medical facilities, as well as institutions providing inpatient care.

An analysis was made of the structure and number of medical workers (doctors and paramedical personnel) of the Moscow healthcare system for the period 2017-2021. The analysis showed that the number of medical full-time positions over the same period increased by 13.6%, and regular positions of nursing staff by 8.
