To restore eyelid function and aesthetics, it is crucial to establish an accurate diagnosis and provide appropriate treatment to the affected structures. The presented case describes the diagnosis and surgical treatment of a lower eyelid symblepharon, which can be easily misdiagnosed as other scarring sequelae.
