[Epidemiology of early repolarization pattern in Maghreb].

Unlabelled: An early repolarization variant (ERV) in inferolateral leads has recently been associated with vulnerability to ventricular fibrillation. These studies have been conducted in the occidental countries. The prevalence of ERV in the population of the Maghreb is unknown.

[Ischemic stroke after cardioversion and atrial flutter ablation in a patient taking dabigatran].

This article reports an acute ischemic stroke after cardioversion and atrial flutter catheter ablation in a patient on treatment by dabigatran 110mg twice daily. Trans-esophageal echocardiography did not show any thrombi. Even if this event cannot be attributed to the treatment, this article indicates that prospective studies are necessary.
