[An older man with a supraclavicular mass].

An 80-year-old man, originally from Vietnam, was examined for a painful supraclavicular mass on the right side. Puncture and aspiration of the mass revealed purulent fluid. Examination of the aspirate showed acid-fast bacteria, consistent with tuberculous lymphadenitis.
