Background: Since ancient times many traditional medicine systems around the world have been using different parts of Annona muricata L. (AM), to treat cancer. Indeed, numerous in vitro and in vivo studies also have shown anticancer properties of different solvent extracts of different parts of AM.

The hypothesis tested was that frequent shopping at the GFJ improved food security and selected health-related outcomes among shoppers, and the impact was moderated by socioeconomic factors. Longitudinal data were collected from 156 GFJ shoppers, on three occasions: 12-, 18-, and 24-months post-opening.

Herein, sodium silicate is found to promote Fe(OH)/FeOOH against Fe(OH)/FeO conversions. Electrochemical experiments, operando X-ray characterization, and atomistic simulations reveal that improved Fe(OH)/FeOOH conversion originates from (i) strong interaction between sodium silicate and iron oxide and (ii) silicate-induced strengthening of hydrogen-bond networks in electrolytes that inhibits water transport.

Here, a LaCl-based Na superionic conductor (NaZrLaCl) with high ionic conductivity of 2.9 × 10S cm (30 °C), good compressibility and high oxidative potential (3.

Substantial Sn displacements with a dipolar character persist in the high-symmetry high-temperature phase, albeit with a symmetry different from that of the ordered displacements below the transition. The analysis implies that the transition is neither order-disorder nor displacive but rather a complex crossover.
