Unlabelled: Despite the fact that canagliflozin (Cana), a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor, is an anti-diabetic medication with additional effects on the kidney, there is limited experimental data to deliberate its hepato-reno-protective potentiality. Acetaminophen (APAP) overdose remains one of the prominent contributors to hepato-renal damage.
Aim: Our study assessed the novel effect of Cana against APAP-induced toxicities.
Introduction: In the rapidly evolving landscape of digital health technologies, the widespread use of smartphones has paved the way for innovative applications designed to enhance healthcare experiences. This introduction underscores the global prevalence of smartphone users and their potential in healthcare, particularly exemplified by therapeutic apps such as the 'Post Op' smartphone application. Focused on postoperative support, this app prioritises user-friendly design, data recording, and adherence to national standards.

Methods: Segment Anything was evaluated in an interactive point-to-mask auto-segmentation task for glioma brain tumor auto-contouring in 16,744 transverse slices from 369 MRI datasets (BraTS 2020 dataset). Up to nine interactive point prompts were automatically placed per slice.
Purpose: This research was designed to determine the long-term outcomes in patients with liver cirrhosis who achieved sustained virological response (SVR) after direct-acting anti-viral drugs (DAAs) based regimens.
Patients And Methods: This study involved 193 patients with HCV-related cirrhosis who had previously completed DAAs regimens and accomplished SVR. Clinical, laboratory, and radiological features at the first and 3rd-year follow-up after the end of treatment were analyzed.
