The introduction of early diagnostic methods for keratoconus into clinical practice has become the basis for the development of surgical treatment techniques for this pathology, such as corneal collagen crosslinking and interlamellar keratoplasty with implantation of intrastromal segments. The article analyzes the results of research by Russian and foreign specialists in these areas and presents the data on the combination of SMILE surgery and corneal crosslinking, the Rome protocol of corneal crosslinking, modifications of interlamellar keratoplasty, the use of femtosecond laser technologies, and some pilot studies. Modern requirements for ophthalmological care require a personalized approach to each patient, and therefore the surgeon should have a wide range of surgical methods of treatment applicable to different patient cohorts.

Purpose: The most crucial step in deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) is to achieve a bare Descemet's membrane. We aimed to assess a new femtosecond laser software that allows for a precise intrastromal tunnel creation for big bubble (BB) air injection using a real-time microscope-integrated optical coherence tomography.

Materials And Methods: A retrospective review of 61 eyes of 61 patients with keratoconus.

Unlabelled: Poor visual function associated with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy (FECD) is one of the main indications for keratoplasty. Reports of successful visual rehabilitation of patients with spontaneous or scheduled removal of the Descemet's membrane and the endothelium or donor material adhesion failure, suggest this research direction perspective.

Aim: to evaluate the potential as well as clinical and functional outcomes of phacoemulsification with central circular descemetorhexis in patients with Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy.
