Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU), if untreated, accounts for lower-limb amputations affecting patients' quality-of-life. Diperoxochloric acid (DPOCL) is known to heal DFU by its antibacterial and fibroblast stimulating activity. Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has had devastating consequences on health care systems worldwide. While the world was slowly moving towards achieving health for all, the pandemic destroyed progress made over the past 25 years and exposed the vulnerability of health care systems and health insurance schemes as well as their lack of resilience. Heath care systems failed to respond in a timely and efficient manner, lives have been, and continue to be, lost and vulnerable populations, especially refugees and migrants, are more at risk than ever as many are left out of country vaccination programmes.

Aim of kidney transplantation is to keep the functions of graft as long as possible, with an improvement of survival and quality of patients' lives. Aim of this article was to show the outcome of kidney transplantation in patients who were treated and monitored on Institute of Nephrology, CCU of Sarajevo in period between 1996 and 2004. and to identify the factors which can interfere with graft surviving.

Fenugreek seeds were boiled in water for various lengths of time (5, 10 and 15 min). Changes in weight, volume, moisture content, total sugars, nitrogen compounds, minerals, phosphorus compounds, phytic acid, amino acids and the in vitro digestibility of the seeds as well as the total solids of the boiling water were determined. Data indicated that there was an increase in both weight and volume as well as the in vitro digestibility of fenugreek seeds especially after the first 5 minutes of boiling.
