The SPLE was coupled with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for an effective analytical approach for environmental monitoring. Sediment or soil samples were extracted with alumina, 10% AgNO3 in silica, and sulfuric acid impregnated silica with dichloromethane at 100°C and 2000 psi.
