Introduction: First case of radiation-induced parotid leiomyosarcoma.

Anatomo-clinical Observation: A 50-year-old woman with a history of cervical irradiation for Hodgkin's lymphoma presented with a right parotid tumefaction. Examination noted a deep adherent pretragal mass with peripheral facial palsy.

Anatomical study of the carotid-trigeminal interface: The missing link in the trigeminovascular system?

The trigeminal system is considered a prominent actor in brain nociceptive innervation. The trigeminovascular system is mainly composed of pseudounipolar neurons located within the trigeminal ganglion, whose dendrites originate in cerebral blood vessels. Anatomical studies demonstrating anatomical continuity between perivascular fibers and the trigeminal system are lacking.

[Report of seven cases of clear-cell meningioma and a literature review].

Aims: Clear cell meningioma (CCM) is a rare variant of meningioma, which is important to distinguish because of its aggressive behaviour. Sixty-eight cases have been previously described in the literature. In this retrospective study, we report seven cases of CCM operated in our institution between 1994 and 2008.

[Camptocornia presenting with a proximal myotonic myopathy].

We report the case of a 74-year-old patient who presented with an anterior inflexion of the trunk which increased during the day. His past medical history included treatment for hypothyroidism, a cure of cataracts and an increase of gammaGT. This camptocormic attitude revealed a proximal myotonic myopathy (PROMM).

[Hemangiopericytoma of the infratemporalis fossa: a multi-operated patient].

Hemangiopericytoma (HPC) was diagnosed in a 65-year-old man in 1991. Initially the tumor was located in the maxillary sinus. Resection was followed by multiple recurrences involving the infratemporalis fossa (ITF), the nasopharyngeal region, and the right tonsillar region.
