Objective: To investigate the functional and sexual outcome of sigmoid vaginoplasty in patients with Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome.

We report a case of pyometra without any related risk factor. This leads to a severe septic shock. Evolution was successful because of quick surgical management.
