Objective: The main objective of the study is to explore the potential molecular benefits of Nab-paclitaxel as an effective advanced chemotherapeutic agent for HER2-positive breast cancer patients. Specifically, the study aims to assess Nab-paclitaxel as a potential drug candidate for breast cancer treatment.
Methods: This study used bioinformatics and cheminformatics to analyze the HER2 signaling pathway and its possible interactions with Nab-Paclitaxel.
Objective: We developed a telephonic outreach and care coordination program for children in immigrant and refugee families (CIRF) at a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in North Carolina to address unmet health-related social needs (HRSN).
Methods: Participants were recruited between December 2020 and October 2021. Eligible children were ages 0-5, non-English speaking, and were seen at the FQHC in the 2 years prior.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyze the anticancer properties of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), Cannabidiol (CBD), and Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) using In silico tools.
Methods: Using SwissADME and pkCSM, the physicochemical and pharmacokinetics properties of the cannabinoids were evaluated. Protox-II was utilized for the assessment of their cytotoxicity.
Introduction: The Latinx Advocacy Team & Interdisciplinary Network for COVID-19 (LATIN-19) is a unique multi-sector coalition formed early in the COVID-19 pandemic to address the multi-level health inequities faced by Latinx communities in North Carolina.
Methods: We utilized the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) Research Framework to conduct a directed content analysis of 58 LATIN-19 meeting minutes from April 2020 through October 2021. Application of the NIMHD Research Framework facilitated a comprehensive assessment of complex and multidimensional barriers and interventions contributing to Latinx health while centering on community voices and perspectives.
Objective: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis is an unusual multisystemic inflammatory disease, with vasculitis of small- and medium-sized vessels, with a predilection for upper lower airways and kidneys. The etiology remains unknown although it may originate from different stimuli, in genetically susceptible patients.
