[Adenoid cystic carcinoma or cylindroma of the cervix uteri. Review of the literature apropos of a personal case].

The authors report on a case of cylindroma of the cervix combined with a carcinoma in situ. Reviewing the literature which helped them, they studied the anatomo-pathological characteristics as well as the histogenesis and the therapy for cylindromas, which are more often found in other parts of the body. In particular, they are found in the salivary glands.

[Renal transplantation and pregnancy. Apropos of a case].

A cystic disease of the medulla is found in a young women at the 5th month of her first pregnancy and entails the death of the foetus in utero. The chronic renal insufficiency rapidly worsens and necessitates periodic hemodialysis. Renal transplantation is carried out from a brother with identical HLA.

[Isolated adenocarcinomatous transformation of uterine adenomyosis].

A case of epithelia malignant changes in uterine adenomyosis is reported. The adenocarcinomatous transformation in uterine adenomyosis is rare. It is necessary to identify exactly the lesion to detect several histological tests specially the integrity of endometrium.

[Two new cases of trisomy 10q21 to 10qter in two sisters due to paternal translocation t(9;10) (q34;q24)].

Two sisters with multiple congenital malformations were shown to be trisomic for 10q24 to 10qter as a consequence of malsegregation of the balanced paternal translocation t(9;10) (q34;q24). Comparison of their phenotype with that of other patients reported in the literature confirms the individuality of the partial 10q trisomy syndrome.
