Introduction/objectives: Patients living with chronic diseases require more medical attention, including more visits to primary care. However, primary care providers are overburdened, and this specialty is attracting fewer new providers than before. Clinical pharmacists can augment these efforts by improving disease state control.

First, the original vibration signal is decomposed using wavelet packet decomposition, followed by proposing a signal reconstruction method combining the Pearson correlation coefficient and energy ratio to effectively remove noise from the original signal. Second, the parameters L and M of Maximum Correlated Kurtosis Deconvolution (MCKD) are optimized using the multi-verse optimizer algorithm to obtain optimal filter settings.

This study aimed to assess the efficacy of presurgical systemic therapy (PT) on perioperative outcomes in RCC patients with IVC-TT.
Methods: A total of 68 patients with right-sided RCC and level ≥ II IVC-TT were included in this study.
Objective: The aim of this paper was to visualize 3-dimensional (3-D) brain and electrode placement data for epilepsy surgery within an augmented reality (AR) environment using a wearable headset, with the ultimate goal of enhancing presurgical planning for epilepsy surgery and understanding the efficiency and utility of such a program in a clinical setting. The evaluation process for surgical intervention in epilepsy cases involves a series of extensive tests, including EEG, MRI, PET, SPECT, and fMRI. A second phase of assessment incorporates the placement of depth electrodes within the brain to record seizure activity.

We aimed to determine the risk of radiologic cerebral small vessel disease (cSVD) progression with BNT162b2 and CoronaVac.
Methods: In this community-based prospective cohort study, community-dwelling subjects underwent brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) before and 4 months after vaccination with BNT162b2 or CoronaVac.
