Aim: To evaluate the efficiency of therapy with Prostatex plus rectal suppositories in the treatment of patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Materials And Methods: A total of 50 men with chronic abacterial prostatitis of category III A, occurring in combination with BPH, were included in the study. All patients received Prostatex plus (rectal suppositories) 1 suppository 1 time per day.

Introduction: Erectile dysfunction is often a consequence of stressful situations, lack of adequate sleep and rest, and sedentary lifestyles. The profession of locomotive engineer implies the presence of these negative factors, which in addition provoke high blood pressure and the development of hypertension.

Materials And Methods: A total of 85 patients of the urological and therapeutic departments of the "Clinical Hospital "Russian Railways Medicine" in the city of Barnaul", working as locomotive drivers or assistant drivers, were examined.

Broadband absorption in the visible spectrum is essential in optoelectronic applications that involve power conversion such as photovoltaics and photocatalysis. Most ultrathin broadband absorbers use parasitic plasmonic structures that maximize absorption using surface plasmons and/or Fabry-Perot cavities, which limits the weight efficiency of the device. Here, we show the theoretical and experimental realization of an unpatterned/planar semiconductor thin-film absorber based on monolayer transition-metal dichalcogenides.

Allelic variability in the adaptive immune receptor loci, which harbor the gene segments that encode B cell and T cell receptors (BCR/TCR), is of critical importance for immune responses to pathogens and vaccines. Adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) has become widespread in immunology research making it the most readily available source of information about allelic diversity in immunoglobulin (IG) and T cell receptor (TR) loci. Here, we present a novel algorithm for extrasensitive and specific variable (V) and joining (J) gene allele inference, allowing the reconstruction of individual high-quality gene segment libraries.

Superconducting transition-edge sensors (TES) have emerged as fascinating devices to detect broadband electromagnetic radiation with low thermal noise. The advent of metallic transition metal dichalcogenides, such as NbSe, has also created an impetus to understand their low-temperature properties, including superconductivity. Interestingly, NbSe-based sensor within the TES framework remains unexplored.
