Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of transorbital neuroendoscopic surgery (TONES) in the management of sphenoid wing meningiomas (SWMs) with cavernous sinus and orbital invasion.

Methods: The authors conducted a retrospective review of 32 patients with SWMs treated at Gazi University using TONES from October 2019 to May 2023. The study includes clinical applications to elucidate the endoscopic transorbital approach.

Background: The aim of this study was to retrospectively evaluate patients who underwent surgery in our department for radial nerve lesions in terms of surgical outcomes.

Methods: Thirty-eight patients were admitted to our department with radial nerve lesion. Twenty-seven of the patients had entrapment neuropathy and 11 had radial nerve injury secondary to other traumas.

Despite the significant progress in understanding cancer biology, the deduction of metastasis is still a challenge in the clinic. Transcriptional regulation is one of the critical mechanisms underlying cancer development. Even though mRNA, microRNA, and DNA methylation mechanisms have a crucial impact on the metastatic outcome, there are no comprehensive data mining models that combine all transcriptional regulation aspects for metastasis prediction.
