Article Synopsis
  • - This study examines the effectiveness of the UCBL foot orthosis, both with and without Kinesio Tape (KT), for treating symptomatic flexible pes planus (SFPP) in young athletes.
  • - Fifty patients participated, with one group using the orthosis with KT and the other using it alone; results showed better outcomes in the KT group, including fewer complications.
  • - Findings indicate that KT enhances treatment by reducing foot pronation, improving function, and leading to better compliance and faster recovery in patients with SFPP.
